Guru Guys are exactly want they claim, Gurus. I have used them several times on a wide range of problems. In each case they solved the issue at hand in a fraction of the time it would take me at reasonable prices. I have used contract tech support before. I always got someone who was trying to figure out ways to bill me more. These guys work hard to bill me less.

Brian, At one time when any of our 6 computers would go down, I would rant and rave about what it will cost to take somewhere and how long it would take to repair. Now it is no big deal. Most times it is something as simple as a download and instructions on what to do. From the time you started working on our machines there is nothing you have had trouble repairing. You have been the most knolegeable and been the most fair on price. Thanks for all the prompt and excelent help you give us at such a low cost. Keep up the great work.

Brian fixes the problems that 5 phone calls and two hours with technical support can’t figure out. The best part is he does it in ten minutes! I recommend the Guru Guys every chance I get. Brian is a pleasure to work with!

A++++++++ We have used Brian for all types of technical support for both out business and home computers for many years. He handles alot of simpler problems by phone and even came to my house late one Friday night when we had a computer crisis. He never fails to impress with his knowledge, skill and ability to get down on my level. The money and time that we save using Brian more than out weighs the money spent. When I called GuruGuys I was expecting another high cost low performance tech support service. Why should I not. It was all I had experienced. Instead I got a geek with a personality, who spoke English and fixed the problems in a fraction of the time. Burned the rest of an hour enhancing the performance of the computers in the office. Nice to meet people who know th tech stuff cold and also are easy to deal with.

Geek Squad charged me $172 to tell me I had a bad power supply and that I should just buy a new PC. Fortunately a friend told me about Brian and The Guru Guys. After talking to him on the phone he assured me that he would give me an honest opinion and could replace the power supply for less than Geek Squad’s diagnosis fee! Not only did he fix the computer, it is now running faster than ever!

I had repaired my computer with a bigger hard drive, more memory and Windows XP Operating System. My repairs were done by someone local in the Pearland Area. I paid several hundred dollars to have this done. After several months of Family complaints, I called Brian. To my surprise, the new hard drive was never set up, and Windows XP was loaded on my old 12 gig hard drive and had little or no room for loading new programs.
Finding honest repairmen is difficult, but I am sure glad I called Brian. He definitely knows his job and is very, very reasonable. I very rarely recommend someone, but Brian is one I Highly Recommend. Pleasure doing business with him. I would definitely call Brian before any upgrades. Thanks!
